Harman Road

This was the conversion of an old Café Rough restaurant in Parliament Square, Hertford to a new Neapolitan pizza restaurant carried out in 2021. Proove Pizza pride itself on providing the perfect Neopolitan Pizza to match the type of pizza you would expect from Naples – the birthplace of pizza. The restaurant's design and the finish had to be a reflection of the product that they provide – the best. We assisted in the design and building work of the restaurant throughout the build process. The works included the full demolition of the internal restaurant back to a bare structure and the construction of the new restaurant. The full refurbishment of the kitchens and toilets to provide a new layout and facilities following COVID-19.

Special attention was paid to the oak finishes along with the exquisite detail in the bar area. No corners were cut and the end result was stunning. Even the staircase design was exquisite with the foliage and tube lighting providing an elegant entrance to the washrooms. The booth seating with mirrored walls provides a high-class seating area and the tables are perfectly located on the restaurant floor, along with the elegant light fittings providing a romantic setting.
